Return & Exchange Policy – Z.Outfits
At Z.Outfits, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

Unused and unworn

Packed in original packaging with all tags attached

Undamaged and unaltered in any way

Include a copy of the original receipt or invoice
Note: Accessories, fragrances, discounted items, and customized articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement

For returns or exchanges, customers are required to provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the products upon receipt.

This ensures that items are returned in their original condition and helps us process requests quickly.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivered.

For defective or incorrect items, Z.Outfits will arrange free return shipping.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
COD Orders:

Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit coupon equivalent to the order value.

This coupon can be redeemed online for future purchases.
Credit/Debit Card Orders:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Only the cost of items and applicable taxes are refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery.

Conditions for exchanges are the same as for returns (unused, original packaging, unaltered, tags attached, unboxing video required).

Our team will coordinate free pickup of the product from your doorstep for exchange purposes.
Note: Accessories, fragrances, discounted items, and customized articles are not eligible for exchange.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before the shipping process.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange once you receive the product.
